We can ship to virtually any address in the world.

From the point at which your payment has been security cleared & approved, all packages are shipped promptly by the following working day. - Security is normally completed within a few hours by Google Checkout.

Shipping for UK customers, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey  is by registered next day delivery.

Shipping for customers outside of the UK is by registered airmail where available.  Shipping times can vary but generally can be expected to arrive within 10 working days, normally sooner.

Posting & Packaging prices have been included in the purchase options.

The price you see in the shopping cart is the price you pay.  No added extras!

Returns Policy

In the unlikely event that you change your mind and wish to return your Pap Strap please contact us by email first to receive an RMA number.

To avoid restocking fees and to ensure the high quality of the items that are sent out we can only accept returned items that are unused and unopened.  Unfortunately, if upon receipt of a returned item we find that it has been opened we cannot issue a refund and you will be liable to pay appropriate postal fees in order for the item to be returned to you.

Additional screw mounts purchased are considered part of the Pap Strap transaction and therefore must be returned as part of the complete order.

Unused and unopened items can be refunded in full, excluding the postage & processing costs.  Return will only be considered within 14 days of purchase.

Liability

The pap strap mount must be tightened adequately to ensure it is secure.  We do not accept any liability for loss or damage caused to the Pap Strap, photographic equipment, associated equipment, any other object, personal injury or third party injury.  The Pap Strap is used at your own risk.  Please ensure that the mount is tightened adequately.  Do not use additional leverage to tighten the mount as it could result in damage occuring.
